Title: Bilingual Facilitator (Spanish & English)

Location: Remote

Availability: Ongoing Quarterly Commitment up to 20 hours; deliver 8, 2-hour sessions per quarter

Rate: $375/hour depending on experience and scope of work

We are seeking Bilingual vILT Facilitator (Spanish & English) to join our growing contractor pool. These Facilitators will have subject matter expertise in Leadership/Management Essentials. In today's environment, we're experiencing a signficant need for vILT Facilitators to provide engaging training sessions that simulate a traditional classroom experience. The vILT Facilitator encourages learners to connect over video, participate in discussions and hands-on critical-thinking exercises, test their comprehension through the platform features, and walk away from training feeling excited and ready to apply what they’ve learned.

These positions are temporary (contract) roles with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed; work can be done remotely with personal equipment and software.

• Prepare for sesssions by: arriving early to test all technology and functionality (audio, etc.); closing open windows or applications; opening PPT and sharing your screen; asking a team member to log on early to ensure they can hear you and see your screen.
• Effectively introduce the session by: greeting participants by name when they join; commiting that you're not going to leave anyone behind; muting all participants to reduce background noise; reviewing platform features and explaining how you’ll use them in the class.
• Deliver content in an engaging way by: using hand raising to confirm that the participants are following along with you; avoiding asking open-ended questions while instead proactively soliciting responses through polls, chatting, hand raising, etc.
