Title: Bilingual Facilitator (Spanish & English)

Location: Reynosa, Mexico

Availability: Deliver 2 full days of training (6 - 7 hours) onsite in Reynosa during Q1 2024

Rate: $3,000 USD/day depending on experience and scope of work

We are seeking Bilingual in-person Facilitators (Spanish & English) to join our growing contractor pool. These Facilitators will have subject matter expertise in Leadership/Management Essentials, and the ability to provide engaging training sessions in a classroom setting. The Facilitator encourages learners to participate in discussions and hands-on critical-thinking exercises, test their comprehension, and walk away from training feeling excited and ready to apply what they’ve learned.

These positions are temporary (contract) roles with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed.

• Prepare for sesssions by arriving early to set up presentation, participant materials, etc. 
• Deliver content in an engaging way through interactivity, avoiding asking open-ended questions while instead proactively soliciting responses through participant feedback
