Ardent Learning is a leader in the Automotive Industry and has been creating and delivering training for 30 years. We have partnered with the majority of manufacturers — humanizing corporate training by delivering custom learning solutions that put people first. Our solutions are tailored to meet the evolving needs of each organization we partner with. We're currently seeking experienced automotive Facilitators with Electric Vehicle (EV) expertise to join our long-standing program with a leading manufacturer. This is a long-term contract opportunity and candidates must currently reside in the West Coast, Central, or Northeast regions of the US.
Job Description
The Facilitator will deliver in-person product and sales process training at retail locations and also deliver larger workshop events throughout their assigned territory. Regional travel is required and this position is anticipated to travel approximately 40 weeks per calendar year.
Requirements
- Automotive industry experience is mandatory with at least 3 – 5 years experience in dealership consulting and training
- Ability to confidently collaborate and engage with Dealership Management and Regional Field Managers
- Proven knowledge of sales process and selling electric vehicles
- A keen interest in EV technology and understanding of all EV powertrains
- Recent experience in facilitating and coaching sales professionals to better demonstrate EV technology as part of the vehicle presentation process
- Knowledge of standard dealership practices and processes as well as key personnel positions in both Sales and Service
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver training to small and mid-size audiences

What We Offer
The compensation range for this role is $9,500 – $10,500/month depending on a number of factors, including final region and number of dealerships within the assigned territory. Travel expenses are covered in full per contract terms.
