Currently, we’re looking for a Learning Solutions Architect who will be a key member of our Learning Solutions team and is responsible for solutioning and designing innovative and modern learning solutions for our clients. The consultative nature of this role ensures that we provide learner-centered solutions that drive not only learner performance, but support business goals and measurement criteria by assessing the entire learning ecosystem and work environment. The Learning Solutions Architect supports our Business Development team on any new opportunities with clients that want to move away from traditional training solutions and move toward a more immersive learning approach, bringing the point of work and the point of learning closer together. The Learning Solutions Architect supports our clients in their transformational journeys and helps them build the workforce of the future. Initatives might include the creation of a new competency framework, an audit of current skills and a roadmap to re- and upskill, change management, rollout and adoption strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead solutioning and proposal efforts by working with an internal team to create best-in-class, competitive solutions
  • Analyze learner performance needs including line of business goals, learner performance tasks and measurement criteria, performance curricula and environments and existing learning ecosystem components and maturity
  • Conduct discovery sessions and assessments using appropriate tools and methods such as systemic thinking, design thinking, task/job analysis and/or development thinking
  • Identify key aspects of the performance environment including tools and factors that may impede performance and that support learners' five points of need
  • Design and facilitate working sessions and workshops to explore learners, context, and performance gaps
  • Conduct measurement activities that identify the alignment between strategic goals, business results, performance outcomes and measurements, and the current learning and organizational goals
  • Document performance and learning outcomes that align with client-direction and inform design solutions
  • Create a high-level vision and sequence for solutions, such as curricula and learning journeys, including elements beyond the traditional Learning solutions and lines of service (for example facilitation, LMS integration, etc.) that align with client need and budget
  • Create and articulate modern learning vision and approach that may include platforms, social-engagement, community generated content (curation), etc
  • Design, conduct and analyze evaluation programs using levels 1, 2 & 3 evaluation both during learning experiences (for example, learning journeys) and post-learning
  • Set the vision, take ownership and lead ID work for course, program and learning journeys to ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Oversee and ensure instructional integrity of learning solutions throughout the design, development and delivery cycles
  • Collaborate with different teams across the business to develop learning content and assets
  • Build effective working relationships with SMEs to efficiently gather content information and feedback
  • Manage projects efficiently so that tasks are completed on time, problems are anticipated or resolved quickly, and team members are clear on project requirements and schedules
  • Support successful achievement of project goals, tasks, and deliverables through use both waterfall and agile approaches
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • 5-8 years experience working in client learning solutions with the proven ability to consult, design and develop across a variety of industries
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required
  • Demonstrated application of evidence-based instructional design and performance-support approaches in client learning solutions that include blended learning experiences
  • Proven track record in proposal development that led to business won
  • Proactive with excellent communication, project management, team leadership, client facilitation, organization, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative thinking, creativity and interest in the workforce of the future, learning ecosystems and technologies
  • Experience with accessibility standards is a bonus
  • Deep expertise working within various learning technologies
  • A collaborative leadership approach focused on alignment, action and accountability
